The Women Behind Worth

Get to Know: Anna Wilferth

Where are you from? All over really. But I suppose at some point in your life, where you live becomes where you are from. Chattanooga is the longest I’ve lived anywhere – and my husband and I love raising our boys here.
Describe your style. When I walk into a room I like to be noticed, not because my attire is bright or loud but because it is simple and refined. You can usually find me in a monochromatic ensemble and I absolutely love the tonal look of all-black and all-white outfits.
What do you love most about fashion? I love that fashion is always changing, but also cyclical. What’s a throwback to one woman is a new trend to another. The current fringe trend reminds me of my sister’s favorite 80’s acid wash and fringe jean jacket that I loved borrowing as often as possible.
What is your favorite piece of Worth New York clothing? Definitely my Italian leather quilted biker jacket from the Fall 2015 Collection. It is so soft and looks great with basically everything I wear. My only regret is that I didn’t buy another one in the camel color!
Why do you love Worth New York? Worth New York is a company that supports and empowers women through business opportunities, philanthropy and fashion. My job involves helping women look their best so they can accomplish all that they do as professionals and mothers. I love that I am a small part of their large accomplishments.
What are your passions outside of work? My kitchen is my favorite space in my home – this is where you’ll find me enjoying time with my family (and one very happy pug) while preparing a meal, sipping on some wine and listening to music. It’s my happy place.
