We ship only within the United States and validate your address using the United States Postal Service standardization and validation service. We ship UPS Ground on all shipments. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please use an address that UPS can deliver to. If in doubt, please call your local UPS retail store or UPS customer service number for assistance in determining the correct address to use. Worth is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to UPS delivery restrictions.
2nd Day, Overnight and Saturday Priority shipping is available. Orders must be received by 12:00 pm (noon) ET, or orders may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Saturday Priority option is available on Thursday and Friday.

ABOUT RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ON THIS SITE
Worth stands behind its product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept your return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery on items. We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be in saleable condition and include the original packaging with tags attached. The following are acceptable conditions of the item(s) returning:
All return credits are processed back to the method of payment used on the original order. To receive credit or refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Only merchandise purchased from www.worthnewyork.com and www.wbyworth.com can be accepted through this process. Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at the Worth outlet store. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
- Find and select your original order number.
- FOR REGISTERED CUSTOMERS:
- Sign in to your account Click on your order history, then search and select the order to view.
- FOR NON-REGISTERED CUSTOMERS:
- Click on “Shopping Info”. Go to the Order Status & History section. Click on the Track Your Order Online link. Input your Order Number (which can be found on your order confirmation or on the return form found in your shipment) and email address in the designated text boxes and click the Search button.
- Select the item(s) from the order you wish to return, choose a reason, select return shipping method type in the carrier’s tracking number and click on the submit button.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number will be automatically generated and displayed on the webpage. Write the RA number in the box indicated below on the Return Form.
- Place the Return Form in the return shipping box along with the item(s) being returned.
- You have the choice to either use the UPS pre-printed ARS return shipping label enclosed in your shipment or you may choose to use another carrier of your choice. Note: If you choose the pre-printed UPS label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return refund.
- When using the provided pre-printed UPS shipping label, please take the prepared package to either a UPS retail store or drop off location. If you schedule a pick up with UPS, an additional fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. Enclose this return form with the item and ship to:

Keep records of the return authorization and shipping tracking number of your returned item to monitor delivery status. Processing of your return does not begin until the package is received at our warehouse in New Jersey. Please allow one to two weeks for the processing of your return once it is received back at the Worth warehouse.

ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH A WORTH INDEPENDENT SALES ASSOCIATE
All returns and exchanges of merchandise purchased through a Worth Independent Sales Associate must be returned through the Associate from whom the item was originally purchased. Please contact your Sales Associate for details.
We do not offer exchanges or exchanges for a different size. You may return the originally ordered item and place a new order for the correct item and/or size.
We do not offer price adjustments at this time. While we use reasonable efforts to provide accurate prices on our website, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we were unable to contact you with the information provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
You may cancel any Worth New York or W by Worth order as long as the order status is "open” or “in process." If order status is "shipped” or “invoiced,” it cannot be canceled. To determine your order status, please go to the Order Status & History section and click on TRACK YOUR ONLINE ORDER. Credit Card Use
Applicable sales tax will be automatically included and applied to all orders in accordance with individual state and local jurisdiction regulations. Sales tax calculations are estimations and are based on the shipping address entered on the order. Exact charges will be calculated automatically after your order is shipped.

Worth will send an email to the email address provided regarding the status of your order, including notification when your order is received and inventory allocation is confirmed and when item(s) ship. You may also request information by emailing our Sales Support staff at email@example.com
